The mushroom that really needs no explanation, these prized beauties have a cult-like following worldwide for a reason. 

When morels are dried, the intensity of the flavor becomes much more pronounced. A  little bit goes a long way. We dry both black conica morels and gray morels. Conicas are smaller in size and good for sautéing after rehydrating. The larger gray morels can even be rehydrated and stuffed similar to fresh ones.
